| CORE | Transformer core is made of high permeable cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet mostly imported from France. Our primary consideration is to reduce no load losses, no load currents and humming of transformer by using high quality bolts, channels, and supporting. |

| COIL | Our transformer winding is made of high conductivity electrolyt ic copper, pin hole free super enameled wire. For HV winding one or more elementary copper strip or super enamel insulated wire are used and for LV winding one or more copper strip insu lated with pure cellulose paper are used. |
| COOLING | Transformer cooling is essential for safe operation and longer service life. The heat generated is dissipated through the cooling system using transformer oil. The most common method is ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural), while ONAF (Oil Natural Air Forced) uses fans to improve cooling. The dielectric oil also provides electrical insulation and helps prevent moisture that can damage the winding insulation. |
| TANK | High-quality, lamination-free steel tank with a rigid bottom and oil drainage outlet. All gasket surfaces are specially treated to prevent oil leakage and corrosion. The tank is sandblasted to international standards and finished with three coats of spray paint, achieving a minimum thickness of 140 μm. |
| HT and LT coils | HT and LT coils are checked for inner diameter cuter diameter oval lengthg number of turns and resistance. Com pleted core coil assembly is checked for clearances ratio and resistance. |
| Core Assembly | Completd core assembly is checked for diamensions and weight. Random testing is done for no iocd loss by putting LT coils only. |
| Core Coil Assembly | Completed core assembly is checked for clearances ratio and resistance. |
